The lack of focus on patient needs is one concern that has been brought up repeatedly. Patients have expressed frustration with lengthy wait times, poor doctor-nurse communication, and a general disdain for their comfort and wellbeing while in the hospital. Another charge against the hospital's management is that it doesn't take complaints seriously or deal with them quickly. Hospital Management should need to improve it

Extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour by the staff. Test results take ages; lab technicians are careless and unsympathetic.
